商品还没到,买家就提交了A-Z claim,我要抓狂了!问题说明
买家在4月22号下单买了200件商品,然后我4月23日发的货,UPS要到4月31日才会送到商品,结果买家昨天就提交了A-Z Claim,理由是商品与描述不符,物品损害。而且Claim的最新消息写着:等待卖家退款。我简直要抓狂了,哪有这样的!这下我要怎么办啊?!求大神赐招啊!!

要不想让消费者白白收到免费午餐,那就赶紧打电话给快递,召回商品。要注意买家可能会重新让快递发货到新的地址,所以看下能采取什么办法阻止。我一般都是截止到最后才回复A-Z,你可以问下其他的问答朋友怎么解决这个问题。

有没有可能是这个买家把你跟别人弄混了啊?我之前就是,有个人叫我把坏了的商品收回去,但我没这个客人的订单记录,所以让她给订单号,结果她说弄错了。
召回商品也很正确,不排除这个买家是骗子的可能。别急着退款,最好是说明下情况,看下A-Z的调查员怎么说。

我之前遇到过这样的问题,情况有些不一样的是买家是在货送出去后要求取消订单,我让他到时候退货退款,结果他就提交了Claim。然后我在Claim里是这么跟亚马逊说的:The customer has falsely stated in his claim that (1) the 'Item is not as described' -- even though it hasn't yet been delivered -- (2) and 'Customer want to cancel his order and seller refuse it to help the customer on this matter', which is patently untrue: by the time I received his request this morning the package was 5 days gone. I explained this to the customer and provided him with proof, which data can also be verified in his Order record in his Amazon Account, as I urged him to do. I also explained in my email that if the customer wished to return the items for a refund he could, and advised him that he could even do that at no cost to himself by writing 'Refused' across the label of the unopened package and returning it to the USPS, which would, in turn, return it to me at no charge. I explained I would then refund the full product prices upon receipt, in accordance with Amazon's Return and Refund policies. He then filed this A-to-Z Claim with the benighted assistance of yet another poorly trained, grossly negligent Amazon CSR, who doesn't grasp, evidently, that Amazon itself could be prosecuted for acting either deliberately or with gross negligence as an accessory to mail fraud and wire fraud, which is very clearly what this claim is. Section 16 of the Participation Agreement in no way relieves Amazon of its obligations to comply with Federal criminal laws. I am utterly livid, especially with Amazon's utterly incompetent Customer Service Department. Deny this claim.
