3. What is the maximum declared value of the package acceptable to Advanced Logistics Program for South Korea-bound orders?
Currently, the Advanced Logistics Program for South Korea-bound orders does NOT accept packages with declared value above $150 USD; if merchants ship South Korea-bound orders whose packages’ declared value is above $150 USD, please navigate to WishPost > the Dispute Toolkits page, and submit an online dispute to remove the corresponding orders from the Advanced Logistics Program and directly drop ship.
4. Are there any product categories unsupported by the Advanced Logistics Program for South Korea-bound orders?
Please consult "3. Product categories unsupported by the Advanced Logistics Program" in this article for a complete list of unsupported product categories.
Merchants should properly declare special or sensitive products in WishPost. In addition, when packaging sensitive products, please ensure safety during various processes from warehouses to destinations, including transportation, customs clearance, and customers unpacking.
5. Order delivery warehouse
Please consult "7. Warehouse address(es) to deliver Advanced Logistics Program orders to" in this article for details.
6. Tax-related information
South Korean personal parcel customs tax allowance is 150 USD. Currently, the Advanced Logistics Program logistics partner provides tax-inclusive services, and merchants do not need to pay extra fees.
7. How do merchants include PCCC information for their South Korea-bound orders to comply with customs clearance requirements?
If the customers provided their PCCC information to Wish, it will be automatically transmitted to our partner shipping carriers as part of the Advanced Logistics Program for Mainland China-originating, South Korea-bound orders. No additional actions are required from merchants for these orders.
For South Korea-bound orders that are not part of the Advanced Logistics Program, a “South Korea Order” flag will be added in the Merchant Dashboard to help merchants more easily identify the orders where PCCC needs to be provided to shipping carriers. For all South Korea-bound orders released after July 3, 2020 12:00AM UTC (excluding Advanced Logistics Program orders), the Merchant Dashboard Orders > Unfulfilled Orders page and Merchant Dashboard Orders > History page will display this flag. For these orders, merchants may now transmit customer PCCC information to their shipping carriers electronically or offline by printing out parcel shipping labels with PCCC as part of the customers’ shipping addresses.
