亚马逊什么样的feedback可以被移除?问题说明
除了 含侮辱和色情词语,有邮箱电话以及名字。但是关于“只是针对一个产品的评分可能会删掉,因为卖家评分面对的是整个购物体验过程。 ”有点不理解,评分里不是有三评:准时到达,符合描述,卖家服务的 ‘是 否’。所以请问客户的文字里只是对产品的描述还是包含这个三评?

差评Feedback只能是买家移除或是亚马逊帮忙移除,卖家不能自己移除。A、向亚马逊申请帮忙移除差评Feedback1. 评价中包含淫秽和猥亵的词语 。The feedback includes words commonly understood to be obscene or profane.如: I finally receive the parcel from the stupid seller , shit quality , very disappointed.2. 评价中包含了卖家私人信息,如邮箱,电话号码 ,全名等。The feedback includes seller-specific, personally identifiable information, including e-mail addresses, full names, or telephone numbers.3.Feedback完全只针对产品,没有提到卖家的服务。The entire feedback comment is a product review.如:这件衣服跟我想象的颜色不一样。但如果评价到了卖家的服务就不可能移除, 如: 派送太慢了,而且衣服跟我想象的颜色不一样。4.
