换了一个新的”buy shipping”界面，打印shipping label时格式一直不对（我用自己的电脑，没用标签打印机），方向显示是竖向的，可我想要横向的，不知道怎么改设置。。

同问。Seller support说可以把账号升级到professional,这样可以改发货设置：“You will have to update your Selling plan to Professional to change your shipping setting.To switch from an Individual to a Professional selling plan, complete the following steps:From your seller account, select Settings, then select Account Info.On the Seller Account Information page, go to the Your Services section and click Manage.Click Upgrade.”然后我就问可不可以换到旧的界面？他说他们正在处理这个问题：“We have alerted our specialists to your issue and have forwarded your case to their attention.We understand that this is an urgent issue and will work hard to provide a timely resolution.Thank you for your patience and understanding with this regard.”
