我发信给他们，都没有回应的。是不是如果不撤诉的话，亚马逊迟早会把我的店铺关掉。还是说这个只算是警告处分，我把所有的东西都下掉之后，再也不卖了，可以逃过这一劫。如果是这样的话，我都不敢发货到FBA了，求大神指教我该怎么办？

这个账号有几个产品被投诉侵权。
解决的办法是先联系投诉人撤销投诉，不过那一般是不可能的。那自然是下掉那几个侵权的listing
然后给亚马逊回个邮件标明你是怎么处理这件事的，有积极联系投诉人、之后也有下掉侵权的产品。

如果封账号，就目前而言，侵权行为一般拿回来的可能性非常小
建议：
1. 小账户：就不要花费太多时间了，可以重新注册一个账号
2. 大账户：就找一些特殊渠道，看看他们能否帮你解决
