亚马逊买家叫我退还他缴纳的税款？？Excuse me？

建议先去开case，让seller support处理，我觉得他们应该知道买家的税号等信息

不用管他，毕竟所有财务方面的交易都是由亚马逊处理的。但还是要发邮件跟他说：
“Please be advised that all financial transactions are handled by amazon. We don't process your payment but amazon does that for you. Please reach out to amazon and discuss your issue regarding tax and if you are tax exempt, only amazon system can add or exempt at the time of purchase. Again, we don't handle financial aspects of transaction but only ship items we they are ordered.”

亚马逊是有提供“退还税款”服务的。如果有免税，买家需要出示相关的证明文件：
"Tax Exemption for Other Purchasers
All other purchasers using a tax exemption need to provide us with a copy of a state resale certificate, tax exemption certificate, or other acceptable proof of tax exemption for the state where the items will be shipped.
The documentation submitted should include the name of the seller who sold the items and the name of the organization that purchased the items."

楼主，这是买家跟亚马逊之间的“交易”，跟你没啥关系。如果他提交az，你肯定会赢的。所以不要退税款
