想让ebay买家留feedback,请问有什么比较安全的方法吗?问题说明
店铺开张有一段时间了,产品卖出去好几件了,可是一直没有收到买家给的feedback,虽然说没有feedback总比买家给差评(negative feedback)来得好,可还是想一下,有没有什么比较安全、有效的方法来让买家留评论?

订单处理完后,我一般会发这封邮件给买家:“Dear customer,I hope you are happy with your purchase! If you are pleased with the item you ordered and the buying process, I would appreciate any positive feedback you would be willing to offer. I am a new seller and good feedback is helpful!Conversely, if there was anything you were dissatisfied with, please let me know how I might fix it and turn your buying experience into a positive one. I am open to any communication or questions.Sincerely,”

楼上的做法其实没什么必要,卖家给买家feedback,类似于“thank you”的留言很容易被买家pass掉的

ebay之前有针对“卖家如何获得更多的好评及更高的评分”进行过研究,发现:在买家付款以后(不要等到买家收货的时候)马上就给买家feedback,能有效提升买家留评论的几率
而且卖家要投其所好,努力让买家感到满意。比如:尽可能多地描述商品详情;快点发货;一发货就通知买家;提供订单的跟踪信息;快点回复买家的问题等等

我都是等买家留feedback以后,我才给他们feedback,毕竟交易有没有完成是由他们来决定的(买家满意的话可能会给评论;不满意的话会抱怨、给差评,或者开case)
我觉得卖家先给买家好评对卖家来说没什么好处。万一碰上一些故意找茬的买家,喜欢申请claim,那卖家岂不是得不偿失?而且其他卖家会查看这些买家的账户,看到这些好评,他们会产生误会,以为这些买家挺好相处的,这样就不太好了

楼上说的有道理。如果卖家先给feedback,等买家拿到物品,一切都ok后,人家凭什么要给你留评论?他已经拿到了所有他想要的:商品和feedback。
如果他高兴了,他不会花时间做这种对他来说“无关紧要”的事;但是一旦他感到不满意了,他可能会给差评。就是这样
