商品因为地址不明确而导致被退回来的问题！问题说明
买家地址不详细导致商品被退回来，这个应该怎么处理？发货之前我已经发邮件问买家，地址是否正确，买家确认没问题我才发货的，如果退款给买家的话，退款金额可以减掉我们寄过去的运费吗？

告知买家这一信息并询问他是否需要重发，如果要重发的话请买家发一个可以接收的地址过来，不重发的话就问他，we do not know why it finally returned back, and we are afraid it will be returned again if resend, in this state , we have to offer full refund to you, hope you kindly understand, iis this ok for you?客户同意后就全额退款，然后告诉他虽然损失了我们运费但我们不会charge他， hope you can see our effort, 要一个好评。
