最近很多美国亚马逊卖家收到邮件要求提供美国退货地址,或提供Return Label给买家,两个必须选择一个。于是很多人开始想办法弄美国地址。有人也去咨询了亚马逊卖家客服,得客服回答如下:Amazon美国站的客服答复:Greetings from Amazon Seller SupportI understand that you have received an email form Amazon regarding the shipping labels and address.In order to create a consistent return experience, we require all sellers either to:1) provide a local address in their Elected Country for returns, or提供一个美国地址用来收退货。2) pay for return shipping on all returns.或提供运费标签(把标签PDF文件发到亚马逊给买家,买家打印贴到产品上就可以通过美国邮政USPS或UPS之类的发回给你。Please be informed that Amazon accepts only US addresses as return address.只接受美国地址。In this case, I suggest you to give a false address,我建议你给一个假地址 authorize the return and then sent an email regarding the return address via buyer messaging services.然后点击同意退货,再到站内信箱里面发一个真的(中国)退货地址给买家,等收到货后再退款给买家----这个方法不错,不过有可能被买家利用来投诉或给差评。或再到站内信箱里面发一个邮件说不用退货,货自己收这,款会直接退给你。Or, regarding the prepaid shipping label, you can very well issue a refund for the shipping charges after receiving the return.
