现在可以看出，自疫情爆发以来，加拿大联邦技术移民在邀请申请人时都是CEC没有邀请过海外申请人的经验移民FSW因此，技术移民。ee自2019年1月以来，邀请分一直在下降，447分也是第一次低于450分CEC此类申请人应抓住机会，趁此期间，迅速申请，毕竟机会难得。
