Date Range Reports

TheDate Range Reportspage generates individual transaction reports and summary reports for orders within a specific range based on the date you marked the orders as shipped.

To see additional account activity, go toAll Statements summary report.

Important:The Date Range Reports capture all the transactions between the first report date at 12:00 a.m. to the last report date at 11:59 p.m. Pacific time.

Follow these steps to generate a custom date range report:

On theDate Range Reportstab of yourPayments Report, clickGenerate Report.

In theGenerate date range reportdialog box:

To generate a monthly report, select a month and year from theMonthdrop-down list. You can select a previous month or a future month that includes days up to a year in the future.

To generate a custom report, use the date pickers to specify the date range for your report.

Note:If you select a date range in the future, you can set the report to recur after the end date. Reports can be generated for upto 365 days at a time going as far back as 2012.

ASummary Report(PDF) is an overview of financial activity in your seller account during a specific date range.

ATransaction Report(CSV) is a detailed list of the transactions that occurred in your seller account during a specific date range.

Create a Promotion

Amazon restricts the following from certain kinds of promotional offers:

If you have an existing promotion that you want to use as a model for a new promotion, you canduplicate that promotion.

Choose the type of promotion you would like to run

In your seller account, underAdvertising, clickPromotions. In theCreate a Promotiontab, click theCreatebutton for the promotion type you want to offer.

After you select the type of promotion you’d like to create, specify the conditions for your promotion:

In theBuyer purchasesdrop-down list, choose the purchase threshold that will qualify your buyer for the promotion.

Set identifiers for your promotion by creating anInternal DescriptionandTracking ID. The tracking ID does not appear when buyers redeem a promotion offer. It exists for your use only.

Step 3: Additional options

In this section you can create aclaim codeor message for your promotion (which is optional). Otherwise, follow the remaining steps below.

ClickReviewto check the information you entered about your promotion. To make any changes, clickBack.
