Data Retention
Reviews data is published on the customer reviews page within 24 hours of when the review is published on the product detail page and they are retained for 30 days.
Mark as Done
Brands can use the check box in the top left corner to mark as done which will remove the review from the default view. To view reviews that are marked as done within the 30-day retention window, toggle theinclude marked as donefilter and uncheck to restore the review.
Commenting on a Review
Use the comment icon in the top right corner of the review to comment on the review from Seller Central. Please ensure your post conforms with ourcustomer discussion guidelines.
How to report abuse?
If you discover a review that doesn’t conform to ourcustomer review policiesor ourcustomer review creation guidelines, you can report abuse from the product detail page. The Brand Health page in Manage Inventory allows you to view and resolve issues that are affecting the customer experience. Providing a great customer experience is essential to successful selling on Amazon. Accordingly, we expect brands to maintain our customer experience standards, including ensuring high in-stock rates, price competitiveness, and Prime coverage.
You can view your brand’s offers with current Brand Health issues along with your price, shipping, and competitive price on theBrand Health pagein Manage Inventory. You can also filter your offers by Brand Health status to view listings requiring your attention.
The Brand Health page is currently only available in the U.S. for sellers who own a brand or who serve as an agent, representative or manufacturer of a brand.
