LOI代表什么意思

出口贸易中，常常会碰到LOI字眼的英语。LOI一般指选购意向协议书(Letter of Intent) ，是买家给的一个书面形式意愿，买家最后是不是一定“买”并没有明确，并不可以看作最后的购货合同。卖家一味为此为贸易条件，并不科学。
