   如果买家愿意删除差评,可以让他按照以下步骤操作(以美国站为例)

   

   登录亚马逊官网 点击右上角You Account。选择Your Orders。选择订单日期,然后点击右侧的日期范围GO。在左边找到订单位置Order Placed日期下点击View Order Details查看订单细节。拉到页面Your Seller Feedback,点击Remove。选择删除评估的原因,点击Remove Feedback移除评价。

   

   注:买方将有90天的评估期和60天的删除期。如果没有评论Remove(删除)按钮表明60天的移除期已经过去。

   

           

   

   如果是竞争对手的恶意差评

   

   有这些常规处理方法

   

   1)尽快整理并提供各种证据:采购订单、发票、品牌授权证明文件,证明产品是正品,不是假货;

   

   2)向亚马逊卖家平台开放case或者直接通过电子邮件上诉并举报。对集中和连续性的不良评论也可以向亚马逊解释,这是对竞争对手的恶意打击。请帮助亚马逊;

   

   3)亚马逊受理后,通常会根据这些竞争对手的历史购物记录,IP信息,购物路径,过去Review等待信息判断,卖家向亚马逊解释你的Listing因此造成的损失等,并注意加快跟进过程,以加快亚马逊的处理进度;

   

   4)需要尽快增加订单和好评Review,多点击5星helpful等等,尽量减少损失。
