亚马逊客户投诉”wrong item shipped”,想退货,一直不回邮件。。。问题说明
客户想退货,理由是wrong item shipped,可我就只卖一种商品,不可能搞混掉,寄给他其它东西的。发信息去确认哪里出错了,问了两次,客户都没回。我还没同意他的退货请求,因为我真的想知道是哪里出问题了。。。

但是你还是得同意啊;把prepaid return label发给他以前有个买家也是说我发错东西了,明明没有,然后去翻他的评论,猜到是他自己下错单了,所以不想要就退货

不用等他回复啦,估计就是不想要了,也不想出运费、、、在他申请az前赶紧同意
上周有个买家要退货,原因是”inaccurate website description”,我们就马上同意了,顺便发了封邮件给他:
“Today we received your request to return XXX(物品)due to an inaccurate website description which we have already authorized your return (see our other message). As Listing Manager for XXX(店铺名), I am wondering if you could help us? Can you spare some time to inform us of the inaccurate details in the description for the product? We were not the original seller that listed this product on Amazon; therefore, it would be helpful for us if you can point out the inaccurate details so that we can submit them to Amazon for correction.
Your assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.”
