有件FBA产品变成“unfulfillable”,原因是“Customer Damage”,请问我能拿到赔偿吗?问题说明

上周收到一个退货,是FBA的,现在它变成“unfulfillable”产品了,原因是“Damaged by Customer”(客户损坏),我想问下,亚马逊会赔偿我吗?之前有个退货是“damaged by the warehouse”,亚马逊就有赔偿,不知道这回有没有。

你看一下要不要创建移除订单(create a removal order)把产品召回,千万不要再让它回到FBA仓库里,毕竟你不知道这件商品的condition是怎样的,如果它被转入另一个买家手里,很可能会出问题。好好检查一下吧

之前我们也收到了一些“customer damaged”的退货,很多的condition都没问题,还是可以重新出售的(因为有些只是包装坏了,产品还是完好的)

召回的话只能回到美国当地或者国内喽?亚马逊有没有提供重新包装的服务呀,我们的外包装破了10多个呢
