ebay客户竞标成功，但是后悔出价太高，不想完成交易？

不要理他，投标结束的两天后提交UID（Unpaid Item Dispute），如果在case开了后他还是没付款，那他的账号会受影响

估计是买家投标成功后，在页面底部看到“see what other people bought after buying this item”一栏，然后点进去看，发现其他卖家的价格更低，所以就反悔不要了

发这封邮件给他：
“Dear buyer,
Sorry you're not happy with your winning bid. The final auction price cannot be altered, actually I was hoping for more than what you won it for, and I will not sell for any less. 
Your item will be shipped within XX days of payment. If you no longer wish to complete this transaction, I'll be more than happy to cancel it for you, please let me know. Otherwise I'll be expecting your payment shortly.”
要是他想取消订单，你就去取消，理由选“buyer requested”；要是他付款了，就发货，保留一切证据（产品图片，聊天记录），以免他申请SNAD claim。

对这个买家无语了，还只出一半的钱？关键是又不是只有他在竞拍，还有其他人啊。你可以使用Second Chance Offer功能，卖给其他出价者。至少他们出的价格接近底价，，
