客户留评投诉产品不能用,还撒谎说我没回信息==问题说明

客户投诉他买的3件4.6星产品不能用。这不可能,因为发货前我都有仔细检查。问他订单号多少,这样我可以退钱。他回都不回,直接给review说产品有损坏,用不了。让我生气的是,他撒谎说我没回他信息??我真想问一句:你眼瞎吗==我回了邮件,在他的评论底下也回了。现在不知道怎么才能让亚马逊帮我删评?

让亚马逊帮忙删评,可以这样说:"Hello. This customer left a Negative Rating claiming we have never responded to their inquiry. As you can CONFIRM from Amazon Messaging System, we have responded and authorized a Return on xx/xx/xx(你同意退货退款的时间). This comment is misleading and damaging to potential future customers and does NOT represent the service we have provided. Please remove this libelous Negative Feedback IMMEDIATELY."(说你同意退钱,然鹅买家投诉你没作出回应,但是你有回。所以买家的评论带有诽谤性质,损害你的名誉)如果被亚马逊拒绝,那你就要求升级case

让亚马逊帮忙删评,可以这样说:
