To understand and manage seller feedback, open the links under Seller feedback help pages section below that offers knowledge on how to handle feedback received from buyers and best practices for identifying and resolving potential problems that can lead to negative feedback.

What is seller feedback?

Seller feedback enables buyers purchasing products from sellers to provide feedback comments and rating regarding their order experience. Feedback is provided by buyers from the ‘Orders’ page, by clicking first on the specific order, followed by the link ‘Leave Seller Feedback’.

Note:Buyers can submit only one feedback per order. They have 90 days from the order date to leave their rating and comments.

Revoke a developer's access

To revoke a developer’s access, clickRevoke accessin theActioncolumn for that developer in theCurrent Authorizationstable. You must confirm that you want to remove the developer’s access by clickingOKin the confirmation popup window. If you do not want to revoke the developer’s access, clickCancel. After you clickOK, the developer’s access will be revoked, and the developer will appear in theAuthorization Historytable.

Note:You cannot revoke your own developer account authorization. If you are using a desktop application, then you are using your own developer account for the application.

Edit a developer’s name

To edit a developer’s name, clickEditnext to the name that you want to update. Make your changes. ClickSave.

Note:You cannot edit the name of your own developer account. The name displayed here is the name of your seller account.

Reinstate a revoked or suspended developer

To reinstate a revoked developer, clickAuthorizein theActioncolumn for that developer in theAuthorization Historytable. The Amazon MWS developer registration for your account will open in a new browser tab, with the developer’s information already filled in. If you complete the authorization there, the developer will appear in theCurrent Authorizationstable.

Note:To reinstate a revoked developer, you must give the developer the new MWS Auth Token that is listed on the final page of the Amazon MWS registration workflow. You can also access the token from theCurrent Authorizationstable.

To restore access to your account for a developer whose access was suspended, clickRestore accessunder theActioncolumn for that developer in theAuthorization Historytable. You should see this action reflected in theCurrent Authorizationstable. Restoring suspended access will not create a new MWS Auth Token, so the MWS Auth Token that you previously gave to the developer will continue to allow them to access your account.
